I bought a studio room in this condo, and I think it is worth investing. I got it at a very good deal and expected that the price would be higher in the future. So far, I bought to rent it out as they guarantee an 8% rental income for 5 years, and there are also many other benefits you will get from this property. Inside the room is divided into good proportions with furniture provided. The materials used to decorate the rooms are quite good, overlooking the mountains and the city views. There are full facilities, including the large swimming pool, gym, restaurant, bar, receptions for 24 hours. Oh, there is room service and the shuttle bus to the beaches as well. About the location, it is good here. It is quite close to many facilities such as Prince of Songkla University, and Central Festival Phuket is just 10 minutes drive away.
