The condo was bought a long time ago, with the best rental returns.

I previously bought a three-bedroom condo with a unit area of 500 sq.m. When I bought it, the price wasn't as high as the recent one. I consider it very worthwhile to buy on that day because now my room can be rented out by the customer with a long-term contract for up to 5 years. It is ideal for living or renting out due to its good location, convenient transportation, near shopping malls, many convenience stores, and government offices. Even though there are some traffic jams sometimes, there are various modes of transportation according to our preferences, including motorbike taxis, taxis, or even you can call Grab taxis. All transportation services are considered convenient and reasonably priced. This place, although a bit old, still looks good and well maintained. Because compared to modern condos, this room size is expensive. For me, I personally don't focus on luxury, and just convenience is sufficient for me. Most importantly, my room has been rented for a long time.
