Luxury high-rise old condo, next to Jomtien Beach with spectacular sea view

I inherited it from my mother since her death late last year. And she bought a vacation condo here, size two bedrooms, two bathrooms, then room area should be about 150 sq m. So, the condo and the rooms here are lovely. It's an old condo that was completed over 20 years, but it's still new and well maintained. Getting around is convenient because the front of the condo is on the main road. Minibusses and motorcycle taxis are running through all the time. This neighborhood is near the restaurant. Many convenience stores open 24 hours a day. So, whenever you are hungry, you walk out of the condo. My kids like it very much because there is a very large communal swimming pool to swim in all day, and people are not crowded. As for me, I enjoy tennis courts and the gym because I always like to exercise and take care of myself. For the staff here, they speak sweetly in multiple languages, which I feel warm every time I come back here. But this time, I moved here permanently because I intend to do a new business in Pattaya too.
