Old building peaceful and easy to get to everywhere

I searched for a good while before deciding to buy into this place. It may be an old building but is relatively well maintained and in a great location. I bought a north facing unit in the A3 building - no daytime sun so doesn't get too hot, and a converted double as a 1 bedroom unit. It's always quiet which makes for comfortable living, there is a 7 eleven and street food vendors just outside the entrance, 2 big pools, 1 large and 1 small gym, and table tennis. It's a short 400m walk past s1/s2 building to the beach or they provide some old bicycles to go between within the property if you prefer.. easy baht bus access from beach road and currently from 2nd rd - just at the doorstep... The only bad is the zebra crossing across 2nd road, but there are traffic lights and a button to change the lights - you just have to be careful because cars don't always stop!

I am staying here since 8 years. Great sea views. Proximity to the beach. Only 100m walk. Nice clean facilities. 2 big swimming pools. And very diligent 24/7 security. For me the best place to live in Jomtien.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a condo in the heart of Pattaya because I used to live here before. Everything was great; the room and the facilities, such as a pool, bar, gym, and BBQ area, are excellent. It is convenient to travel, easy to drive to Jomtien Beach, Pattaya Walking Street, markets, schools, hospitals, and many other places. I think it is the best location for anyone seeking a comfortable life.
