The villas are quite pricey, but it's worth every penny; I can tell you. The villa is very spacious with nice decoration. The project has 4 to 5 bedrooms available suitable for living as a family. The furniture is of high quality at a reasonable price. The overall atmosphere is quite relaxing. The kitchen comes with a full range of kitchenware. The project's location is not far from the main road, Si Sunthon Road, which is quite convenient. Just 10 minutes to Boat Lagoon and Porto de Phuket and 25 minutes to the Airport.

I traveled to Phuket for 2 months after retiring with my family. It was a very rewarding time because I stayed at the accommodation in a good atmosphere like Layan Hills Estate. It is not just beautiful accommodation, and the food is also delicious. Besides, the people were nice, friendly, and always helped me out. The villa I rented was 4 bedrooms and had an extensive usable area. There is also a large courtyard for walking or exercising in the evening and an outdoor area where you can sit and chill during your leisure time. Not only that, you can commune with a romantic pool view as well. In addition, the project provides a complete range of facilities, and I have no problems with it. It can also travel anywhere comfortably because it's not far from the main road, such as Si Sunthon Road. Layan Hills Estate is the perfect place to stay. If I can get the chance next time, I'll definitely visit again.
