The villa is nice, new, clean, and spacious. There are 4 bedrooms with an open-space layout. This place is suitable for living with family or party with friends. The interior is modernly styled. There is a set of standard furniture. The entire is secure by fences around the villa. It is close to Bang Tao Beach and Boat Avenue, the center of all conveniences, such as restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.
It is so comfortable here.

Such a beautiful villa with a private pool! It has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms are very spacious. The villa is beautifully decorated with beautiful furniture that offers a great, elegant look. There is also a large swimming pool and garden suitable for relaxation. The project has a good security system with CCTV. I couldn't believe there is a luxurious villa located in Pasak Soi 12, which has a shady atmosphere, quiet and not far from Layan Beach, which takes only 5 minutes by car. It is so comfortable here.
