A condo surrounded many amenities, near MRT and BTS

Condo in a good location surrounded by many shopping malls, offices, and public parks like Benchasiri Park and Benjakitti Park. It's also easy and convenient to travel because it's close to BTS and MRT, yet you can either use your private car as its location is next to the main road. The room I stay in is large and spacious, but I got a Thai kitchen which is quite old, but it doesn't matter anyway. The facilities are complete, but I don't like the gym because its room is not open, no view offered. All staff are lovely, perfectly take care of their residents, and friendly. It's suitable for people who love the convenience.

This condo location is great; it is very close to Sukhumvit MRT and Asoke BTS, less than 5 minutes away by foot. Most importantly, it is in the shopping area such as Terminal 21 shopping mall and various neighborhood amenities. I consider a location fast-growing. My room is on the top floor; it is a luxuriously decorated one-bedroom suite filled with excellent quality furniture giving an expansive view of the city. I must say that this condo is outstanding for investment opportunities.

Great condominium. The old building with an old-fashioned and luxurious style. All staff is friendly and helpful, especially security guards. There is a swimming pool, sauna, and gym to service for all residents. The room is clean with fully renovated and very spacious. Unfortunately, someday the water is not running, but the management team is working so fast. The location is close to BTS and MRT stations, just 130 meters. Moreover, it is close to Terminal 21 and Soi Cowboy (The nightlife street). If you’re not the one who likes to party, there might be boisterous places. I lived there only three months and have to go back to my country because of Corona19, but surely, if I have a chance to come back to Bangkok again, here would be the first place where I would stay. The location is close to BTS and Sukhumvit MRT, just 130 meters. Moreover, it is close to Terminal 21 and Soi Cowboy (The nightlife street). If you’re not the one who likes to party, there might be boisterous places. I lived there only three months and have to go back to my country because of Corona19, but surely, if I have a chance to come back to Bangkok again, here would be the first place where I would stay.
Cozy Condo Worth to Buy

I bought a condo here two years ago, and I moved to stay last year. I first bought it; it looked aged and very messy. So I decided to renovate and change the look of the room to look newer than before. The results were amazing; the room was beautiful, clean, and cozy. I threw all the old furniture away and replaced it with the new modern, making this old condo looks spacious and lovely. The atmosphere inside the room is airy. I would say that this is worth buying it, not disappointed and feel comfortable stay.

The condo is quite old, but it is still charming and beautiful. The interior has a very luxurious decoration with a great deal. The staff is friendly. Also, the security is good. I'm sure it's safe during the relaxation here, it's smooth without any problems. Besides, this condo is also close to Sukhumvit MRT Station, within walking distance of just 100 meters. It is very comfortable, or you may call for Grab services. It is considered very ok, good location, and good service as well, Satisfied!
Thr room was renovated with beautiful and new complete furniture

Getting a good condo in Thailand is not easy. It took me a long time to find one that I liked until my friend recommended it here. I didn't like it at first because I saw that the building was old and built for several years. When I went to see the room, it was renovated and beautiful and new with complete furniture and excellent quality. Well equipped kitchen. It's two bedrooms and three bathrooms separated proportionately, I felt like I had a new home in an excellent location. There is a space to welcome guests and party whenever I want. Transportation here is the most convenient because walking only 3 minutes to Sukhumvit MRT station and close to Asoke BTS station is only 5 minutes, close to Terminal 21 and Korean Town. The price is very high, but I am willing to pay because of the convenient location. The disadvantage is that the common areas look very ancient. If improving the quality of furniture and renovating in the common area to make it look modern will be Perfect !!

The old condo is very wide and fully-furnished furniture. No disturbing noise from the neighbors at all. The facilities include a pool, a gym, a sauna, and a garden. On the weekend, if I don’t have any plan, I usually swim with my daughter or read. The condo is in a good location near department stores, schools, and my workplaces. The exterior is a bit ole but well-maintained. The only problem now is traffic in rush hours. I would recommend using the BTS if you don’t want to spend time on the road for hours.
