The project is conveniently located on Thep Rak Road. Nearby the project is Yingcharoen Market, where locals get fresh and various kinds of food. The security system is strict throughout the project area, and there is Home Security for every unit. Surrounding areas are well planned with big trees along the road and in front of the house, 2 communal gardens and a clubhouse packed with user-friendly facilities. The living space is designed to be spacious, livable and functional. There are 6 house types ranging in size from 189 sq.m. to 437 sq.m. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good house.
