To help others who are making a decision to relocate to Chiang Mai or looking to upgrade to a larger hom certainly look at the community of Home In Park and drive thru in the day and evening time because what you will observe unlike other communities are children playing in addition to the adults strolling. Home In Park is a farang friendly community which will have you and your family feel comfortable and at home in addition that nearby are many farang friendly restaurants, shopping and schools. This current home for sale is on a wide street with welcoming neighbor's and conveniently located up the block from the main office, tennis court, fittness room and community pool. The home had been upgraded to western standards so mechanically it will give you many years of service and all top quality materials had been used. In addition a separate 75 sq meter auxiliary home was built with it's own bathroom, kitchen and laundry area which can be used as an extension of the main home for guests, children and or an office and it was designed with a architectural full sized interior bricks which sets it apart from all the others and another feature is that it can be metered separately if needed for the electric. The home has it's own auxiliary well water in addition to the community water and the entire property was designed to easily navigate and maintain. This home is priced well for a potential buyer and is offering more than any of the others and is in one of the most desirable communities so we welcome any questions that you may have.

Since I moved to Thailand, this house has become a family home. I've been renting it for about 8 years. It's a two-story home with four bedrooms. The house is spacious with a small front lawn. I really like the atmosphere here. It's shady and peaceful. I can wake up in the morning to fully breathe in the fresh air. The project also has a large common area with a swimming pool, a tennis court, and a clubhouse. As for the location, it is very convenient. Not very central, but easy to travel. The neighborhood has many international schools. Driving to Kad Farang takes less than 10 minutes.
