I bought a 3-bedroom house in this project and what I was impressed with was the complete facilities and the spacious living area that didn't feel cramped. Very suitable for a big family. Besides, the house is also close to many amenities, such as Bang Kapi Market, Bangkok Patana School, Bangkok Hospital and just a few minutes away from King Rama Ix Park, just a few minutes walk away. The project also has a strict security system. and CCTV throughout the project. Plus, the neighbors are very friendly.
