I am the student who rented here since I was a first-year student. Our choice here is because the condo is located in an alley away from the busy and crowded main road. So, we chose the condo situated in the alley because I love tranquility and don’t like any noise. When I went back from school, I can take my time to relax in the room quietly. Personally, I am who love exercising, and swimming is my hobby. Here it provides a full range of facilities. In my free time, I often use this communal area to exercise. The guard is also cute and helps other residents and us all the time. The inside condo is nice and quiet, suitable for reading books. If anyone touches it, you will recognize that it is the best place to relax. Also, the lobby hall is beautifully decorated, many kinds of flowers with soft sofas table set for relaxing. All in all, there are many corners we love and suit us well. The location is also great, easy to find. Besides, there are many restaurants. You can choose the restaurant you love. Moreover, there are numerous shopping malls where we can go shopping. If there is an opportunity after graduation, I was secretly thinking that I will stay here because there are many important places and convenient places for traveling.

We were trying to find a condo in the Asoke area until I found this place. It's exactly what I want. The price is really good. Our room is a one-bedroom unit at 68 sq.m, which is great because it's spacious and airy. The location is quite good, not far from SWU and Phetchaburi MRT. When we get bored, we always take the MRT to Central Rama 9, which is just one stop away. The facilities within the project are also complete, including parking space, gym, and swimming pool. It may not look modern like many new condos now, but overall it's okay. Cost-effective!
