Luxury condo has high security

I always come here very often because my friend lives here with his family. It is a luxury condo situated in the city center. I am impressed by the safety system and the staff's services, which serve and help people who come and contact them. The condo is spacious. The common area is luxuriously decorated, comprising a full range of facilities, such as a swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, restaurant, playground, and garden, making it suitable for people of all ages. Most of the residents who live here should live together as a family because the room has a spacious living area, and there are as many as 3-5 bedrooms as well. Furthermore, the location is very good. It is close to many convenient places, both department stores, and BTS stations. I personally like it here as there is complete convenience.

I've been here for 4 years, and I'm impressed with this condo. The room I stayed in is a 3-bedroom unit. It is very spacious. Plus, it gives you the highest privacy because there are only a few units on each floor, and the whole condo has only 34 units. As there are not many residents, the facilities are enough for everyone. For me, I like to go swimming. I like the saltwater swimming pool, which is gentle for my skin. If I'm tired of swimming, I will go to the gym or lounge, which is very relaxing. The location is superb! It's near to so many restaurants, and there are also various restaurants you can choose, such as Thai, Japanese, and Western. You can find leading department stores such as The Emporium and The EmQuartier. It will definitely please the shopaholics. It is pretty easy to travel, as well. It takes only 10 mins walking to the Phromphong BTS. For those who don't want to walk, you can grab a taxi or motorbike service to the condo. This condo is pretty pricey, but it's still worth considering the room size and the location.

Marvelous condo with elegant marble decoration, making the interior looks extremely grand. Large room, spacious, furniture looks strong and fine in quality. There have a lovely pool, fitness center, and security systems for 24 hours. The location is also great, not far from Phrom Phong BTS station, plus the project area is surrounded by various amenities such as markets, supermarkets, and famous department stores. Very comfortable!
The atmosphere for large families

It is luxurious and has a nice atmosphere. The front has beautiful palm trees. The staff is so nice and friendly. There are restrooms at the car parking spaces on every floor, very comfortable. The condo structure is strong and standard, and the interior is luxuriously decorated. With 5 bedrooms, there is enough space for my family. Apart from that, the common area includes a communal pool, a fitness center, and a children's playground. It is also close to Phrom Phong BTS, only 2 minutes.
High-rise condo with a large area

The condo here has a height of 41 floors, and our room is on the 35th floor. It has a beautiful view, but sometimes there is a splash of light that makes it too hot. When moving in, there was partly furnished and installed air conditioners in every room. The kitchen is quite large. I like the large common area that completes and provides many amenities, whether it is a swimming pool, a playground, and a gym that comes with modern equipment. Transportation is also convenient for both BTS and MRT. The condo is located in Soi Sukhumvit 24, where there are taxis throughout this road all the time.
