The location of the project is very good, Hua Hin Soi 102, less than 5 minutes from Blue Port and the beach, but the project is quiet, pleasant, suitable for residential or investment purchase, can be rented.
It is a spacious villa with private courtyard and garden

It is a spacious partly-furnished 1-story villa. There is a private courtyard and garden outside, wide swimming, and a balcony for leisure. Sometimes the water system has problems like the water is muddy yellow. Anyway, it is fixed quickly. I like it here because it's quiet and safe. But it is located in a rather deep alley and difficult access. There are many local restaurants in the neighborhood. It takes about 15-20 minutes to drive a car to the beach and Hua Hin Town.
