The common area is complete and vast. It is a clean village.

The village provides an excellent security system, a clean, and a complete common area. It is called I can relax comfortably after work. Besides, there is space to raise my pets. I like that it is designed as a 1-story house and is spacious. It is a little hot from February - April. Also, I like this place because of the beautiful beach. It is so beautiful and not far from the beach. Pattaya city is a pleasant place to live in!!

My wife and I live in BKK, but on weekends we usually look for an urban escape. We usually went to Pattaya city, which is only 1 hour away, so we decided to buy the house there. Luckily, we found it here! The house that we bought is 3 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with a private pool. It is spacious with built-in furniture and electrical appliances such as a TV, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. It’s worth it! In the afternoon, my wife and I often go to the clubhouse. There is a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a sauna. When I want to go out, I usually go to the Floating market for food, or sometimes, I went to the Siam Country Club golf course. It is a world-class golf course. We only come once a week, so we rarely have time to clean the house. Instead, we use a cleaning service, so our house is always clean. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to find a vacation home in a good location.
