The villa is uniquely designed in a distinctive Thai style yet modern and shady. It is a 2-storey villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a swimming pool and a private garden. The atmosphere is quiet, with only 6 villas, suitable for families who want privacy. Traveling anywhere is convenient as it is close to Blue Tree Water Park and Boat Avenue, Cherng Talay. Also The neighborhood is completed with shopping centers and restaurants.

Form spec that I see the villa build up from many quality components and materials such as GAF (USA) roof, Siemens (German) switch, Philip (Japan) light Bulb and more. This villa is unique and different which I think the price will rise up in the future as it is limited. It is quite a private residence project because the total unit is only 13 units if compare to other project that has 20-30 units in the project. Thanks all the staffs for warm welcome during the the project site visiting.

Compare to other projects in the area I found this boutique pool villas project is quite interesting. The design is unique and has the story. I think the value is worth more than the price.
