A big single detached-house with easy access

I decided to buy this detached house because my mom was very impressed with this project. It features a spacious living area consisting of 2-story, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room downstairs. The house is also furnished with high-quality furniture and has parking spaces for two cars. More specifically, there is a small area for a small garden where you can spend your evenings relaxing. The clubhouse is enormous, and it includes a swimming pool, a lush green garden, a gym, and a 24-hour security system. Besides, the project's location is adjacent to Kanchanaphisek Road and the motorway, providing easy access to the central city and connecting various routes. It is more convenient for a working person like me to use a private car. What's more, the project is near several educational institutions and shopping centers, including Fashion Island, Tesco Lotus, London Street, and Sarasas Witaed Romklao School. I highly recommend this house for those who appreciate a spacious area and a full range of amenities that perfectly meet the needs of a family living in this urban society.
