I bought this house as a family vacation home

I bought this house as a family vacation home because we often travel to Hua Hin, and it has a pleasant atmosphere. The project is surrounded by mountains and conveniently located near Hua Hin Beach and other attractions. Most importantly, the price is very reasonable. My house has 2 bedrooms with a good size for my family and some furniture from the previous owner. I also like the clubhouse and other shared facilities of the project. I think it is a worthwhile investment and easy to resell.
