Old building but room is ok

The atmosphere around the condo is excellent and quiet. The parking lot is spacious and comfortable. The project is an old building, but the room inside is okay. The size of the one-bedroom room is over 50 square meters, fully furnished with a private balcony. There are a swimming pool and fitness center, which should be improved because it deteriorates as well. The security guard is nice and helpful.

I lived in the building for a total of two years. It's an old but well-maintained building with two pools and a sky garden with kids playing ground. the Professional Gym is probably one of the biggest in Bangkok and just got restocked and renovated in Dec. 2018. The rooms a big compare with the rest of the Bangkok market and a good value. Its 100 meters into a dead-end street so not much noise for location - BTS Phrom Phong is an easy 5 min walk.

The condo is located near Sukhumvit Road, so easily if you use your own car or Skytrain, Phrom Phong BTS is about 550 meters away, or Thonglor BTS is just about 850 meters. The project has complete facilities and has excellent service, helpful staff. The room I rented is a one-bedroom unit with furniture, but a bit old and the air conditioner is not quite cold.

It's an old project as it is completed several years. The building interior is still being maintained and kept in good condition. My room is a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom room with wooden interior furniture, kitchen, living room and balcony with city view. As for the common area, it is okay. It is old but clean, quiet, and not busy as well.
Old condo, but meets lifestyle needs

The condo is a bit old, but the inside and other management systems are good. The staff is always keeping clean. It is also equipped with facilities in common areas such as a fitness center, a swimming pool, and an on-site restaurant. My room is 1 bedroom size, which the interior is clean and decorated in simplicity, suitable for people to relax very well. Besides, the condo is located in the city center, close to Phrom Phong BTS, Terminal 21, and many other amenities.
A great condo is within a few minutes away from amenities.

I rented a room in this condo. Overall, it is great! Although the condo was built a long time ago, everything is still in good condition. My room is decorated with good quality furniture. Plus, there are some electrical appliances. The common area has all the amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna. Everything is not modern, but it still works properly. The location is considered excellent, near Phrom Phong BTS, famous shopping malls, such as EmQuartier and The Emporium, and other amenities.
