I bought a condo here to renovate. Even though my condo is outdated, the room is very wide. The room size is 3 times bigger than the 1-bed units of other projects. Also, the location is quite convenient near golf courses, Nakornping Hospital, and Lotus. The common area is quite complete, not modern, but in good condition. There is a pool and a gym. For me, the price is reasonable.
