Just next to Bang Na station is Bitec.

I purchased this three-bedroom, three-bathroom duplex penthouse unit in bare-shell state in 2007 and completed it six months later, including installing the power meter, electrical wiring, redoing the three bathrooms, installing flooring and ceiling, combining two downstairs balconies and turning it into a balcony room, tiling the upstairs balcony which is a common area only accessible from this penthouse.

Area: 133. 62 square metres.

Building B covers 4 rai 0 nga and two wah with there being 350 units of various sizes ranging from three bedrooms, two bedrooms to studios.

All three towers were solidly built with brick and mortar and not precast construction which developers mostly use nowadays.

Condo close to Bang Na BTS and Udom Suk BTS

Great condo includes various room sizes ranging from studio to 3 bedrooms. There are many facilities, such as a swimming pool, saunas, a nice fitness center, etc. There are also famous shopping malls nearby, such as Central Bangna. The location is excellent, not far from Bang Na and Udom Suk BTS. I usually use motorbike taxis to get there as it takes a long walk.
