An excellent project which is quiet and close to nature. The villa has 2 bedrooms and double master rooms, ranging from 160 - 216 square meters, with luxuriously furnishing. I can also enjoy an extensive range of facilities inside the project. The project is near Boat Avenue Cherngtalay and Porto de Phuket shopping mall.
Family-friendly vacation home

I was looking for a family-friendly vacation home to make our best vacation in the future. Then, I came across this project. The neighborhood of the project is peaceful. The villas are in simple design, yet luxurious. There is an outdoor pool, a European style kitchen, and modern decoration. My villa consists of 2 bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom and a bathtub. The project also has a restaurant service onsite, including a security guard to take care of the residents for 24 hours. It is very comfortable. The project's location is ideal because it is close to Laguna Complex, Bang Tao Beach, and famous supermarkets.

Visited the sales office a couple weeks ago. I was able to have a look at the show villa at the next to the office which was very nice, look forward to seeing the rest of the project finish to see how everything will turn out. Overall seems very private and alot of greenery which is always good. Will come back to review again if i get the chance to see the project complete.
New villa project, only 2 kilometers from Bang Tao Beach

The project is now almost completed. At first, I didn't want a house near Choeng Thale because I thought it would be inconvenient to travel into the city. When I came to see the location around here, I liked it as you don't need to travel far. Also, there are complete amenities and as a commercial district, where many shopping centers are surrounded. It is also full of communities. Sometimes, it is crowded, but it is safe and peaceful. The houses here are beautifully designed. Although not very luxurious, it is my favorite style !!!

Soon the villa that I bought at Shambhala Grand Villa will be completed. Now, there is only a small detail of the villa interior to be finished. I am not disappointed to buy this villa. All construction work after signing the purchase contract is done in a very reliable and beautiful villa. Land and usable areas are spacious. All the construction materials are used as grade A as quality materials and keep various details well, suitable, and worth the price.

The villa is located at Choeng Thale, which I’ve already visited the sample project. I am impressed with it. As the villa itself is calm and very private. Besides, everything is complete. Overall can spend life smoothly and easily throughout the stay in the future here. Another thing that impressed me is the staff here as they were giving good advice and pay attention to everything. Also, it is surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, Villa Market, and department stores. Everything is perfect. It is suitable to invest in and buy it for living in the future.

The villa design is marvelous and perfect. It's just exactly what I like. Material and furniture quality for construction and decoration is pretty high. The project neighborhood is full of restaurants and shops. Shame that it is quite far from Porto de Phuket and Boat Avenue; it's about a 20 minutes drive.
