It was the right decision that I had bought this room since my uni life, and after I graduated, I also got a job nearby. So living for a long time is, at least, worth more than renting for sure. Monthly installment payment is not very expensive. It is affordable if you have a salary of 30K. The project has common areas such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, a library, and a parking lot. Don't be worried about safety if you live alone because this condo is very strict about who enters and exits, which is very reassuring. The project's location is excellent. It's next to the main road near The Mall Lifestore Thapra and ICONSIAM, less than 10 mins drive.
