Good atmosphere, near BTS, convenient to travel

I stay here without using a private car, and I always take the BTS, only 10 minutes walking. It is convenient for traveling. The condo here is modern and complete with many facilities. The swimming is clean and spacious, overlooking stunning city views. The atmosphere is also quite tranquil, perfect for evening leisure hours. The room fits well, and the price is reasonable. All materials are quality, durable, and usable. In general, it is easy traveling, and the facilities are complete. Life here is considered convenient !!
Quality condo project in the heart of Sukhumvit area

I have experienced staying here for a year. I want to say that the first feeling that I saw the room was beautiful and of the best value because it was decorated with high-quality furniture, elegant and good looking. The project site is also fully equipped with many facilities such as a fitness room, a communal pool, and an excellent security system to ensure that it is safe. The Crest Sukhumvit 24 is an outstanding condo with a beautiful design. Besides, the location is good at a reasonable price. It is also good value for money paid. I think that if you buy it, you can sell it at a perfect price because of its location close to nearby amenities such as Phrom Phong BTS, Emporium, Terminal 21, and Rama 9 Hospital, just a few minutes. The journey is very convenient, meet the urban living needs. If anyone is looking for a quality condo in the Sukhumvit area, here is the best answer!

I viewed many condos in the area, but decided to choose this place because many of my close friends live here. The location is also perfect because it's close to Phrom Phong BTS station, The Emporium shopping mall, and Benjakitti Park. My room is a one-bedroom type; the size is about 50 SqM, divided into perfect proportions. The furniture is complete, and the amenities are luxurious. I love the view from the swimming pool and fitness center very much. It's so stunning, especially at night!

The condo atmosphere is quiet and private. The resident number is quite sparse and not crowded. The project is opposite Benjasiri Park, where many people do the exercise in the evening. The project has a large swimming pool and spacious parking space, and security guards throughout the day. The room is spacious with modern furniture, but not very new. Easy to travel. Close to Phrom Phong station at only 550 meters.
