I made the right decision buying a room in this project for the rental business. The price of a 1 bedroom unit is not expensive at all. The usable area is spacious enough for 2 people and fully furnished. The common areas are complete. There are the swimming pool, the fitness room, the car park, and security guards. At first, I thought that the location is too far from the city, but it's not far and even convenient to get to the Central Festival, Prince Of Songkla University Phuket Campus, and the market. The atmosphere is quiet, pleasant, and very relaxing.
