I have been renting this condo for almost 3 years. My room is a one-bedroom unit with 1 bathroom. It is spacious, fully furnished, and divided into a kitchen and living room, ready to move in. The balcony is quite large. It is good as I can dry my clothes there. Most importantly, the project includes many facilities for the residents. There is a swimming pool, fitness center, garden, car parks, and a security guard on duty 24 hours a day. I personally like the location because it is close to my workplace, convenient to get around, near Lat Phrao MRT, local restaurants, shopping centers, etc. I believe this location is ideal for my lifestyle.
