The condo is close to the city center, so it's easy to travel everywhere like Tesco Lotus, Central Festival, or the Weekend night market. Also near Patong Beach, it takes less than 20 minutes. The project's location is not on a busy road with optional routes. The condo was finished many years ago, so it looks a bit old. Most of the neighbors here are foreigners that live with family and children, making some noisy days. The room is large. You can see that there are small numbers of units in 2 buildings. I can enjoy the large space in the bedroom and bathroom, which has a bathtub and rain shower. The balcony is massive, too, so that I can enjoy the view. There is also a clubhouse, a pool, gym, and parking space.
