Investing in this condo is worth every baht. Its location is near On Nut BTS, with a short walking distance and next to the main road. If you are not traveling by car, I can say that it is very convenient. Besides the BTS, there is also a bus stop in front of the project. The site is in a convenient community with Tesco Lotus and many stores. The design is modern and simple, together with shared facilities, including a swimming pool, a fitness room, a meeting room, and a garden. I was impressed because the room I bought was a resale room, and I got it at a pretty good price.
