I've been staying here with my hubby for over a year. It is close to the mall and many markets, such as Huai Khwang Market, CentralPlaza Grand Rama 9, and Big C Extra Ratchadaphisek. It is also not far from Praram 9 Hospital, which is very convenient, but it matches only those who have a car because it is a bit far from Huai Khwang MRT. The project is tranquil, with few residents, and very private. Anyway, car parking has only a small number compared to the total units. The rooftop pool is great, overlooking a stunning city view. The room we are renting is a 1 bedroom unit with a perfect size and decorated with a complete set of furniture, and the rental price is reasonable, very recommended!!
