The room I live in is a one-bedroom unit, very small. It is suitable for 1-2 people only. Most of the residents will spend their time in the common area because it provides a complete range of facilities, especially on the rooftop. There is a living garden with beautiful city views. There are also a lot of car parking spaces. Besides, all items are of fair quality compared with the price paid. I think it is a little bit expensive and the staff cannot communicate in English !!
Excellent condo for urban lifestyle

I didn't think that I would find this condo. It is exactly what I like. Personally, I like the duplex rooms as it makes me feel like being at home, so when I found it here, I bought it without hesitation. The price is reasonable, and it's easy to get around the area. As I work at the Governmental offices, it takes not so long to get there. By the way, I think the condo is suitable for residents with cars, as there are not so many buses passing by, and also no Skytrain around the area yet, but hang in there; There will be a Pink Line BTS in the future. There is also a fitness center and a swimming pool which is very pleasing for people who like to exercise like me. When I want to go shopping, I just drove to Fashion Island or Promenade mall.
The room with high ceiling and good facilties

The room has a high ceiling and looks spacious as the bedroom and living room are clearly separated. The common areas are good and have a garden both in front of the condo and a rooftop garden, especially the swimming pool located on the rooftop. I think the view is nicer if you stay on the high floor.
