Good location, affordable rental price

The location is good, and the rental price is not expensive, suitable for people working like me. The room is also beautiful with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has been completely renovated and uses all white furniture to make the room look spacious and more pleasant to live. Besides, there is also a parking lot. The communal area also includes a swimming pool, a fitness center, a garden, and near convenience stores, and Paolo Hospital Kaset, called it a convenient place to live in many aspects.

I bought a one-bedroom unit at this project two years ago. The room is fully furnished and move-in ready. The price is reasonable for the fully-furnished room and the facilities provided. Unfortunately, I had to rent it out after living for 6 months because I changed job. Surprisingly, many clients were interested in it and contacted me as the rental price isn't high considering its location and facilities. It makes your life easier.

I saw the building for the first time. The condition of the building was very shocking as it's quite old. It made me hesitate to move in and plan to move out if it's wasn't okay. When I came in, the room condition surprised me as the owner has greatly renovated it. The room is painted in white, making it looks airy and open. The furniture is new and complete with a nice hot water system. There are a swimming pool and fitness center. The residents here are friendly and nice. The location is also very close to the workplace. Only about 1 kilometer away from the Ratchayothin intersection. There are both department stores and restaurants. Really worth it!
Condo close to Sena Nikhom BTS station and easy to find street foods around there

I rented a room here because it is close to my workplace and the rental fee is not expensive. Besides the old building, this place has full facilities as well as other places such as an elevator, parking, 24 hours security system, CCTV, gym, garden, etc. It is also located close to Sena Nikhom BTS station, only 1 kilometer and lots of street foods nearby.
Condo with affordable price and good location

It is a rental condo rental with affordable prices. The price that students like me can rent, and the condo is not far from the university. Also, traveling is convenient for going anywhere because it is close to the Senanikom BTS Station. Overall, it is okay with the price. The room interior is good. The general decoration is simple but comfortable because the interior is complete with things that allow us to live easily. It also has an interior space that is wide enough and suitable for staying 1-2 people. If you stay more than 2 people, it may be a little confined. Besides, the facilities of the condo are good, such as a clean swimming pool. The fitness center has complete equipment and a good security system. If anyone is looking for and needs to rent a condo, which is close to Kasetsart University, Bang Khen, we recommend it here.

As the building is quite old, there are not many facilities. However, it is considered cheap and worth the money. The condo features an outdoor car parking area, which is spacious. Anyway, the room atmosphere is quite dense, but it is fully furnished. Overall, it is reasonable !! . Traveling, I think it's not very convenient. If taking a public bus, the nearest BTS station is Senanikom Station, which is about 2 kilometers away !!
