I bought the 2-bedroom unit here, which is really spacious, decorated with good quality furniture. From the room, you can see a beautiful mountain view. The atmosphere is superb. The project has excellent facilities, including 4 salt-water swimming pools, a fitness center, sauna, garden, ample parking, and a security system for 24 hours. The project's location is near Central Festival Chiang Mai, Makro, Big C Extra, University Hospital, and other amenities, so it's much easier to live here. It's such a right decision to buy this place.
New project, quiet and convenient

First of all, I chose this project because of its location. It is convenient to travel and connect with many routes. The road is not busy, easy to travel to the mall within 10 minutes. Nearby, there is also Big C Extra and Green Green night market; there are many delicious street foods. The project is new and quite large. Also, the area is organized very well. There is plenty of parking space. The common areas are separated for each building. There are a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a free wi-fi service for all residences. The room's interior is well designed in modern style, using wood materials, including built-in furniture, cabinets, and kitchen counters. The room size is spacious. And I love cooking, and with the close kitchen, I can enjoy cooking and don't need to worry about the smell that will spread through the entire room anymore. They also separated the living room and bedroom with a partition. The bathroom is quite wide, with wet and dry zones. Behind the project is a large canal so you can enjoy a natural view just watching from your window.

This condo is suitable for relaxation with a size of 1 bedroom that I have rented. It is located in a convenient area and close to shopping centers, restaurants, and convenience stores. Besides, the design is modern, beautiful and stylish, suitable for new generation people. It is also equipped with various facilities such as a fitness center, sauna, and a special saltwater pool. The security system is strict and excellent standards, absolutely safe. I'm confident and trust at The Treasure Condo Chiang Mai.

A modern condominium in the heart of the city with a full range of facilities at an affordable price. I bought a 1-bedroom counit at 52 square meters. The room is perfect with a well-divided proportion. Also, various built-in furniture of the project meets the standard. As for the common area, there are four saltwater swimming pools, a fitness center, a sauna, and a small garden. I love swimming and doing exercise in the gym, where I made many foreign and Thai friends living here. Another impressive thing is the security system that is available 24 hours a day. The security guards here are very lovely.
The condo is clean with a large swimming pool.

I must say that you have to use a private car living in Chiang Mai as it will be more convenient because the public buses (red public bus) are too expensive. This condo is located in the suburbs, tranquil atmosphere. The room is luxuriously decorated, and it is a 1 bedroom unit with a small balcony, suitable for 1-2 people. Moreover, the staff is accommodating, and they can speak English a little bit. Anyway, they can't speak Chinese. However, I work at the Tha Phae Road and drive for about 15 minutes only!! Notably, there are cheap Thai restaurants around here!!

It is a very nice condo because it is 650 meters close to the main road and we can easily travel to nearby places in Chiang Mai. Our room is a studio room and is fully furnished. As for the services, the staff serves excellent services. The common area also includes all the amenities, clean and the pool is very private. Besides, the security system is strict. Personally, it is an accommodation that meets the needs of working-age people.

I’ve been renting this condo for almost a year now. What I like the most is the location as it’s located in the city center, making it very easy to travel. It takes less than 10 mins to drive to Central Festival, Big C Extra, and Makro. However, the atmosphere around the project is calm and private, as it’s located in the blind alley, so there aren’t many cars passing by. Speaking of the room, I stayed in a one-bedroom unit; the size is okay. The kitchen is not too small, and the furniture provided is durable. Also, the security system is very reliable, so I don’t worry about anything here.
