The condo is close to shopping malls and a BTS station.

I recently moved to work in the On Nut area, and I was looking for a condo adjacent to the BTS station because it is easier to get around during rush hour. Then, I came across this project. It appealed to me at first glance because, besides being close to the On Nut BTS, it is also close to department stores such as Tesco Lotus On Nut and Century Sukhumvit. It greatly improves the quality of life. Besides, the room I rented is a 1-bedroom with a 33 sq.m unit. The space is perfectly fit, fully furnished, equipped with various appliances, and tastefully decorated. Moreover, the security system is excellent, with CCTV installed throughout the project and a security guard on duty 24 hours a day. Conversely, the common area is a little too small for a condo in such a good location, and it would be perfect if they added a little more.
