The condo is only 600 meters away from Lat Phrao MRT.

I bought this condo at the beginning of this year. It is a new condo development because it was just completed 2 years. The location is also considered great because it's in the community, easy to find food, while also close to the market and shopping malls. Love it so much! My room has 1 bedroom with a living area of 30 sq.m., which is a perfect size, as well as modern and fully furnished. More specially, every unit has CCTV installed in front of the door, making it extremely secure. The facilities also vary, which are available for 24 hours, including the swimming pool, garden, key card access, and parking spot. Since I've been here, my life has been more convenient.
