This condo was cozy and comfortable. It's within walking distance to Samitivej Hospital, and EmQuartier is only a few hundred meters away. It's a bit far if you take the BTS, about 15 minutes walk to Phrom Phong BTS, but that's not a problem because I prefer walking 10,000 steps every day as part of my fitness. The project had a calm and pleasant atmosphere. I enjoyed how the gym was surrounded by a swimming pool and greenery. Parking was quite convenient with a two-story parking building. I rented a one-bedroom unit on the 8th floor. It was quiet cause it's on the top floor. The room was large enough and had useful modern furnishings. Above all, the rental cost is not expensive at all. If you would like to buy a condo for long-term living, this is another great choice.
