In Kathu, this is a good spot to stay. I've been renting here for over two years. Excellent location, adjacent to Kathu fresh market, and convenience stores such as 7-eleven are only a few hundred meters away. Many Thai restaurants are around the project. People are extremely helpful and polite, and it takes 15-20 minutes to get to Patong. The project is nice, with a room size of 30 square meters, one bedroom. There is a balcony and a small kitchen corner. It is suitable for a single person to live alone. Fitness and parking are available at the project, and enough parking space for the residents. Anyways, the area has heavy traffic, it’s pretty noisy from the car horns.
