This project is perfect as investment opportunity because the university is next door. The occupancy rates for affordable condo's around Bangkok University is almost 100%. The project fits the student target group perfectly.

The condo is located in Soi Bangkok University. There are many restaurants nearby. The atmosphere within the project is shady. There is a large swimming pool and complete facilities. The residents here are working age and students of Bangkok University. The rooms are luxurious and decorated with classy furnishings, and it is well proportioned even though the studio that I rented is not very wide.
