I've made the right decision renting here

I have rented this condo monthly. I would say that I have made the right decision. I stayed in a studio unit, which isn't wide, but comfy to live alone. The condo is a bit distant from Kata and Karon Beaches. I would recommend renting a motorbike or a car. Besides, the staff is attentive and friendly. Even it can get quite crowded during high season, I've never encountered a problem with noise.

The project is close to Villa Market - Chalong Phuket, just 3 minutes walk. As for Chalong Pier, it's not very far, about 10 minutes walk as well. It is considered very convenient. You can also drive to Karon and Kata beaches within 10 minutes. About the atmosphere around the project, it is considered quiet and pleasant. The parking in the building is a bit less. The thing that needs to be improved is the communal toilets which smell badly. Other things are good, especially the rooftop swimming pool that is clean and has the full view of Chalong Bay, very beautiful. The room I stayed in was a one-bedroom unit, good size, excellent furnishings. Overall, it's considered good, convenient in everything.
