You can enjoy a romantic sunset – every evening! The condo has 56 sqm, including a 8 sqm balcony, a kingsize bed with new comfortable mattress, a glazed bathroom and an European kitchen with all equipments, incl. an air-fryer. It has been newly renovated, is tastefully furnished and fully equipped. On the sofa bed a third person can sleep comfortably. It has a 65" TV, fast internet and a safety box. The condo is on the 28th floor of the Sunshine Beach Condotel, located in Na Jomtien, Bang Lamung, Chonburi. Due to its height no disturbance by mosquitoes or other insects. The building is very quiet. The Sunshine Beach Condotel has a large community swimming pool for adults and children, a well-maintained garden area with loungers and tables, a playground for children, sauna, squash, table tennis, snooker … and a, quasi private, beach. It is ideally located for water sports such as standup paddling, surfing, canoeing, para surfing, etc. It has also a large free, partly covered, parking area for cars and motorbikes, and a 24hrs receptions and security. Washing machines and a Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water machine can be used against a small fee. Apart of the condo, internet is also available in some common areas. In the vicinity are a number of good beach bars and restaurants, quality resorts and 5 star hotels. The largest yacht harbor in Southeast Asia, the Ocean Marina, is only c. 200 m away. Good connection via motorway to Bangkok and U Tapao airport. Pattaya is about 10 kms away and can be reached by baht bus (Songthaew) or taxi. Deposit: two months rent - no pets
