I had the opportunity to visit the show unit of the project last week. I was very impressed. The project is well-conceived, as well as attractively designed and contemporary. I'd like to buy a 1 bedroom unit for renting out because the project is located very close to Ramkhamhaeng University. I think it will definitely generate good returns for me. Also, the neighborhood is filled with shopping malls, hospitals, shops and restaurants. It can be considered abundant all around.
