Small development with 2 storey houses around 10 minutes away from the beach and the city center. Sometimes very cheap houses

The house will be a line of wood mixed with cement. Giving the mood of a vacation home in the past A special favorite is that the house has a high stilt. Make it easy to ventilate The weather is very cool. Some houses have an extension of the area below and add an additional 1 bedroom, making it convenient if there are elderly people at home. Because it will not have to use as many stairs No central fee. There is no common area, but the project is calm and peaceful. And looks safe because it looks from what has already been seen Many people have lived in the project. And the neighbors look to help each other as well. About 10 minutes drive from Hua Hin town. Drive to the market to buy fresh food or 7-11 within 5-7 minutes. Shady project, pleasant to live, not crowded because the number of houses is not a lot.
