This project is situated in a comfortable setting. It is surrounded by a rubber plantation. The atmosphere is ideal for retirement living. It's also close to tourist attractions and amenities like Blue Tree, Porto De Phuket, and Layan Beach. There are also CCTV cameras within the project and high fences to increase safety. To increase safety, the project includes CCTV cameras and high walls. In addition, the pool villa has a large plot of land (about 60 sq.m.) and a private pool. The villa has two floors, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. It appears to be very spacious and comfortable.
