I’m a fan of Trichada’s project because my boss already bought 2 villas of the Trichada Tropical and Trichada Sky. Once, Trichada Breeze is completed, he also considers getting it. The project has a beautiful design with lush green garden and private swimming pool. The villa is spacious and well-ventilation comprising 3-4 bedrooms designed to meet those with large families. The safety system is also excellent, and my boss plans to buy it for renting out because the location is tranquil and pleasant to live in, as well as easy to access to amenities, close to malls, Laguna, and Layan Beach which is in high-demand among expats.
