In case you start from Phuket International Airport, head on city-inbound Thepkrasattri Road. When you reach Thao Thep Kasattri Monument, turn right and drive for 7 kilometers on Si Sunthon Road. Serene condominium in Choeng Thale

This condominium is under construction. If anyone is interested, you can ask to see a showroom at the project. I am one of those who have already visited. It is a very nicely decorated condo in a contemporary style that blends beautifully with Thai style. The room is spacious, and the infinity-edge pool is very private. Moreover, the atmosphere is nice and just a few steps away. You can walk to the quiet Bang Tao Beach. My room is 2 bedrooms, which is quite spacious because the ceiling is high, giving a sense of airy, openness, and comfort. The facilities are also complete; there's a kitchen to cook together again and a very spacious living room with space to accommodate a large family.
The condo is located in the Laguna area, calm and safe.

I decided to invest here the first time I saw it because I like building design here. It's not very big, and at a reasonable price. It is a 7-story building, so it is not crowded and noisy. My room offers a lake view. It's a relatively small room suitable for couples or alone. It is also packed with restaurants and 5-star hotel chains. This area looks very calm and safe, and you can easily get to Porto de Phuket and Villa Market. The condo is located 15-20 minutes drive from the airport.
Close to all amenities in Laguna area, worth the price

The first reason I bought it here is because we love the room designs that are luxurious and modern. The furniture used to decorate the room looks good and quality over price. The location is located in the Laguna area with complete facilities. The surrounding area is quiet as non-crowded people. Moreover, it is nestled amid nature with large lakes, beaches, golf courses, parks, restaurants, fitness centers, and others within easy reach. Personally, we think that it is worth the price paid. I'm not disappointed in buying a room for this project at all.

Penthouse rooms here are interesting; they are large and elegantly decorated with premium furniture. You can enjoy the view of Laguna beach while swimming in an infinity pool in front of the room. The project's facilities are also varied. I love everything in Laguna, especially Laguna Golf Phuket courses, which I have a membership in. As it is in the same area, it would be great to buy this place as I can play golf every day. The surroundings are excellent, really close to everything. With less than 5 minutes drive from Laguna, you will reach Boat Avenue, where you can find many shops and restaurants, including Villa Market.

Luxurious private residences in the prime business district in the Laguna Phuket area. Beautiful and modern styled with the most beautiful views from the lake and the Bang Tao Beach. It has a pool, fitness center, and golf course, including other privileges for residents. If you are interested in investing, the project is very suitable because foreigners are living in the area.

I bought one of the units here without hesitation. Since I used to stay at one of the Laguna hotels, which is not far from here, I quite like the location, because it is very calm and private. Also, it's only a few steps to Bang Tao beach. The room here is spacious. The project only has one type of room with various living area sizes. There is a private swimming pool as well. I really like it. Within the project, there are facilities such as a gym, bar, and restaurant. There is a large lake in the middle of the project, making the entire atmosphere pleasant. It's easy to get around by car. Before making a decision, I consulted with the staff here. They provide excellent information. I just know that the owners will get many benefits from the project. I would consider this project worth the investment.
