To get to the project by car, you can start from Thalang District Office and head south on Route 402 for 450 meters. Turn right onto Don Chom Tao Road (Route 4030) for 5.8 kilometers. Turn right on Route 4030 and continue for 1 kilometer and turn right onto Soi Bang Tao 2 for 600 meters. Turn left and go straight for 450 meters; Andaman Riviera will be on the left-hand side.

I’ve bought a unit from this project and waited for it to be completed, hopefully in 2022. This new project caught my attention as the location is close to Bang Tao Beach and other amenities. The project’s direction is not complicated. I bought it because I love the design, location, and the sea view the project has offered. The room is spacious and well-proportioned into a bedroom, a kitchen, a living area, and a balcony. Overall, this is perfect as a vacation place and for investment because it offers a guaranteed return from rental up to 8% for 3 years. Worthwhile both for living and gaining profits.

So far, the project is under construction, but I can't wait to move in. It's just a dream building with a sophisticated and luxurious design. I just went to the sample room. The room space is nicely divided and functional. The 1-bedroom unit is not large, but that's okay. Some pieces of furniture are provided. There is a swimming pool, a receptionist, and parking space available within the project. The project's location is also near Bang Tao Beach, and restaurants within walking distance, so convenient!

The room I bought is a one-bedroom type, which is about 38 sq.m. I think it's just suitable for one person. I mostly spend my time in the common areas. In the room, the composition of the room is well proportioned. The door is an automatic locking system, which is very safe. As for furniture and kitchen utensils, they are installed and ready to use. Many facilities are provided. The highlight spot I love is the swimming pool overlooking the sea view; it is beautiful and worth the price paid !!!

It is a modern style condo with a high level of privacy and peace. The room is large, and it overlooks the beautiful pool view from the bedroom. Moreover, the interior includes a very large kitchen and a living room, which is clean and tidy. It is a comfortable condo. The staff is also helpful and lovely. The pool is so nice, ideal for relaxation.
