Direction to the Project
To get to the project by car, start from the Karon roundabout and head southeast on Patak Road (Route 4030) for 1.7 kilometers. Then, turn left onto Luang Pho Chuan Road for 350 meters. When you reach Karma Lounge Intersection, turn right and continue for 170 meters and turn left. Go straight for 150 meters; you will find the project on the left.

Nice clean and tidy. perfect location 500 meters from beach shuttle bus available to take guests to the beach maintenance fee are cheaper comparing to other condominium.

I really like the vibes of this condo. The condo is located on a hill offering a panoramic view of Karon Beach. The building may look a bit old, but inside, the room still looks updated. My room has 1 bedroom, with the perfect size and full facilities. Moreover, there is a shuttle bus from the project to Kata and Karon Beaches. You'd better recheck the bus schedule with the staff again because it isn't frequent. It's so convenient, though. Having been here for 2 months, I haven't found any problems. Quite satisfied with this place.

I invested in a room for this project for the rental business. I bought a one-bedroom unit, approximately 60 square meters, considered very large and decorated with suitable furniture. The view from the room is Karon Bay that is very beautiful. In addition, within the project, there is also a spa, swimming pool, gym, garden, restaurant, and hotel management system, and a receptionist to facilitate us during the stay. It can be considered complete and excellent. The location is perfect; there are many shops, restaurants, and bars in this neighborhood. More importantly, very close to Karon Beach, just a 10-minute walk. The project also has a shuttle bus to Karon beach. I think that it will surely be able to be rented out to foreigners and Thais easily.
