Overall, I would rank this condo as another good condo in Pattaya at an affordable price. There are complete facilities such as a swimming pool, parking, and a gym. The room is also beautiful, decorated with quality furniture with a new air conditioner and a wide balcony. There is a FamilyMart onsite, so it's very convenient. I love it here. Unfortunately, some staff is rude and unhelpful. They need to improve it immediately. Also, the parking lot is insufficient.
Shady atmosphere

It is a tranquil and secure place to stay. The project site is beautifully decorated, shady, and pleasant. The project provides a large communal pool, easily accessible as the pool is centrally set between 2 sides of the buildings. Wherever you stay, you can conveniently swim here. Therefore, my husband and I often choose here to be a vacation place. This time has been our chance to visit here again. The staff always serves excellent service. Car parking is also easy to find, convenient, and worth the price paid !!
Well-equipped condo, but a little loud bothering

Starting from check-in, the staff at the reception are very good. When going to the room, it's beautifully decorated, and the bathroom is clean. A large saltwater pool is pleasant. If many people are swimming, it won't be easy to swim as it is not very wide. Overall, the facilities are complete. Accommodation is suitable for the price. But secretly sad because I get a room in front of the elevator, making the elevator sound all night long. There is a maid's room beside the elevator. In the morning, I heard the housekeeper's sound cleaning the room, making me not sleep well. In general, it is worth the money if there is no noise bothering.
Pool view room, but far from convenient sources

The room I stay in is a pool view room with a small balcony. I think it's enough for 1-2 people only because the room is narrow with 38 square meters. In the room, it is fully equipped with premium-grade furniture. There is also a small kitchen area, but I'm not very impressed as the room is rarely soundproof. Sometimes quite noisy and heard the sound of other villagers coming down to swim in the pool. The location is quite far from the beach, and there is a Family Mart nearby. If you want to buy some food, you can order the delivery which is more convenient.

Excellent location! The condo has many great facilities, such as a swimming pool, gym, and 24-hour security system. The room is also furnished with modern furniture, suitable for every lifestyle. My one-bedroom room unit has a spacious living area too. Overall, it is very nice. Moreover, this condo is conveniently located close to Jomtien Beach South and shopping centers, only a few minutes away. It is a convenient and safe location
