Walking distance from the beach and restaurants

in a side street of 2nd rd, Jomtien is this older complex. Few minutes away from the beach and the views are good, you can look over Pattaya bay. In this area are tons of good restaurants from any cuisine. Jomtien is bit more laid back than Pattaya city and therefore ideal for older couples or families with young children. The units are of standards materials but the price points are unbeatable with today's new supply.

Good accommodation in a good location! It's a twin-tower condominium near Dongtan Beach in a few minute walk. The condo is located next to the main road with complete amenities such as restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment. It is about 1.5 kilometers from Jomtien Beach. The condo building is quite old and not very clean. But inside, the room has been renovated with modern decoration. As living on a high floor, I love watching a peaceful sea view. The property has a large swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, and spacious parking. Most of the residents here are foreign tourists and retiring residents. I always meet them in a common area or a pool in the evening. When it's sunny, the place will be very crowded.
