If you are looking for a new investment condo in Pattaya, I think this property is a very interesting place. Ramada Pattaya Mountain Bay is a condominium under Branded Residence, a luxury 5-star hotel chain. As it is hotel-managed and from a famous brand, it helps increase the property's value. There are guaranteed rental returns. The building design and architecture are very outstanding. It can also be a vacation condo, which is a short drive from Bangkok. As for the 1-bedroom duplex, it is a modern design and a corner room. I choose to reserve a higher floor room because it gives different views from the surrounding atmosphere. The condo has many common areas, such as a swimming pool, bar, and mini-golf. When compared to the numbers of the residents, it is a perfect size that covers all ages. In terms of location, this place is great, plentiful, close to tourist attractions. Just a few meters away, you will find 7-Eleven and many restaurants. Currently, I still can't decide whether to live on my own or to rent it out. Wait for the condo to be completed, then let's talk again!
