Located in the Beverly Hills of Pattaya (Wongamat) this peaceful condo benefits from a high-end polite staff. The pool is a real one with some decent depth, there is a second pool for children. Family-oriented and walking distance to bath bus (100 m) and beach (850 m). 7/11, ATMs, restaurants, massage, barber in the street.
This condo is perfect.

It is a great condo close to important places. Plus, there are complete facilities in the common area like a swimming pool, fitness center, garden and many more. Since I stayed in this condo, I’ve never found any problem as the condo has a professional management team. The staff is always attentive and helpful. It is easy to get anywhere from the condo as it’s close to the main roads, stores, shops, and many restaurants. Overall, this condo is perfect.

Perfect place to stay for long holidays. It's a high rise condominium. Our room is on the 30th floor, overlooking the peaceful sea view, vast living area, and marvelously decorated with a full set of furniture, but not very new. There is a large balcony, and the hot water system works just fine. A service-minded receptionist is always ready to help. The project is located in an excellent location, only 850 meters from Wong Amat beach.
