The condo is conveniently located because it is located in the city center. If you go elsewhere, you have to use your car because the bus fare here is quite expensive. The condo is only an 8-story high, so it is non-crowded. The room has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, enough for 1-2 people, with a spacious balcony overlooking the pool view. I think the overall is fair. The downside is that the parking area is too small. Sometimes it is insufficient for the number of the residents, and I'm not very impressed with the Wifi signal, which is very slow.

It is a comfortable condo near shopping centers like Big C Extra 2, shops, restaurants, schools, and hospitals, one of which is the hospital where I work. So I decided to buy a 2-bedroom condo here. The interior is well decorated. The furniture used is of good quality. The common area has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, garden, and many others. Unfortunately, the parking lot is relatively small, so it is not convenient for those with cars. However, the security guards are friendly and always on duty for safety. I feel at ease throughout my stay.
